Here is Version 3. I am adding color (Black and white) and am exploring different techniques for shading and texture. It took me a while to find a method that really worked for me, but it has been pretty fun so far.

Project 5- Final Version
I made the animation a bit longer with the character popping their hands out of the piled-up snow. The full animation is now 41 frames.

Here is my final animation. It is a GIF of somebody sitting outside as it starts to snow, made of 21 hand-drawn frames.
This is the best one I have seen by far, to be honest. I think making the ice skate into the beak of the swan was really smart. I also like the coloring of the picture and how you can see the feathers of the bird.
