I have struggled with insomnia and some other mental illness, so I wanted to portray that in "my" art (I wouldn't really say it's mine because I used AI). Most of the pictures I took were of the fall leaves and the mountains, so I wanted to incorporate that color scheme.

Project 2- Destroy The Icon Versions 6-9
Here are images 6-9 with the most recent at the top. For the moth image, I just wanted to do something fun, even if it didn't match the theme of the other edits. All the images I use, aside from the original, are from Beautiful Free Images & Pictures | Unsplash. In the ghost image, I edited in posters that say "It never happened" and "Call to forget." For the grassy image, I wanted to portray Che Guevara as carrying the weight of the deaths of his fellow revolutionists on his shoulders.

Project 2- Destroy The Icon Versions 1-5
I will try to make them more unique/ differentiated from the original, as I feel they are still very recognizable. The images are in order of how recently I made them, with the most recent at the top. I tried to go with a theme of forgotten history/ memory like. (The bottom two images do not follow this theme; they were mainly just experiments.)
Project 5- Final Version
I made the animation a bit longer with the character popping their hands out of the piled-up snow. The full animation is now 41 frames.

Here is Version 3. I am adding color (Black and white) and am exploring different techniques for shading and texture. It took me a while to...

Here is my final animation. It is a GIF of somebody sitting outside as it starts to snow, made of 21 hand-drawn frames.
